Opens a color selection dialog box that allows you to set the color of either the selected shape’s line, or the color of the text selection. If there is no selection, this sets the default for any future instances of shapes or text.

Opens a dialog that allows you to set the width of the line of the selected shape. Range starts at zero (no line). As with the color setting, this sets the default if nothing is selected.

Opens a color selection dialog box that allows you to set the fill color of the selected shape. Does nothing if text is selected. Sets default it nothing selected. (Same color dialog as line and background.)

Allows you to specify a gradient fill for the currently selected shape. The gradient dialog opens, where you can create and fine-tune the gradient. Shapes with gradient fills do not have lines (borders).

Sets the project background color. (Same color dialog as line and fill.)
